Testing
This is the part that most candidates view with some trepidation, however it can show some really interesting results and highlight areas that are your strengths and other sections that could do with brushing up on.
We try to make our testing as comfortable as possible, so that you can perform to the best of your ability.
We have over 240 on line tests, which we can either administer in our offices or email to you at home. These include basic Microsoft Office packages, copy and audio tests through to numeracy and literacy exercises.
All tests are to ensure that the work we offer you is suitable and to eliminate any situations where you feel that your skills aren’t being utilised properly.
We also have two members of the team who are qualified to perform Personal Profile Analysis, which is an excellent way of looking beyond skills competencies and delve more in to work behavioural models.
