We also know that testing skills to establish competency levels is vital to ensure that our clients benefit from the right skills and that candidates feel capable and empowered to perform the role.
We have over 240 on line tests, which we can either administer in our offices or email directly to candidates. These include Microsoft Office packages, copy and audio tests through to numeracy and literacy exercises. We personalise the group of tests to be undertaken from basic to advanced levels, depending upon the skills required for the role.
The tests administered are to ensure that the candidates have the requisite skills to perform the role at the level required.
We also have two members of the team who are qualified to perform an Internationally recognised Personal Profile Analysis. This is an excellent way of looking beyond skills competencies and delve more in to work behavioural models.
Combined with job profiling, this established behavioural analysis illustrates strengths, motivating factors and gives an indication of how the candidate tends to work under pressure.
