Due to their continuing growth and people focus they are expanding their Talent Development Team creating this opportunity.

You will report to the Executive Director of Talent Development working with key business stakeholders to shape, design and deliver their development offering for their business support professionals, legal teams and clients.

The Role and Responsibilities:

• This is a great opportunity to own the direction of travel for the development of their Professional Support teams and support the growth of their legal operations capability, while also lending additional strength to a highly successful, fun and valued team of experienced Talent Development Business Partners. They are looking for:
• A highly successful learning and development / talent development track record
• ideally with experience of law firms or professional services firms
• excellent stakeholder management skills, tailoring your approach to different individuals
• the ability to deliver strategically aligned and differentiating L&D / talent programmes that meet the business and market needs
• able to spot opportunities to improve their processes, and collaboratively create new approaches which meet business and client needs

Travel will be required to the various office locations, the main base for this role could be Bristol or Southampton. Hybrid flexibility is on offer with 2 or 3 days based in the office.
