Refer a friend scheme

1. Vouchers will be sent to you if a friend that you recommend to Jobseekers Recruitment completes a) a minimum of 300 hours in a temporary booking with Jobseekers Recruitment (the 300 hours must be accumulated within 6 months of the first hours worked) or b) successfully passes 3 months’ employment in a permanent role placed by Jobseekers.
2. The client must have paid their invoice in full.
3. The person that you recommend must not have previously registered with Jobseekers within the last 12 months.
4. The person that you recommend must not have been recommended to us by someone else within the last 12 months.
5. You will only qualify for one voucher per candidate, if a voucher is offered for temporary work and then they receive a permanent placement within the 12 months then we will produce a voucher for the outstanding amount up to the permanent voucher that would be applicable.
6. In the instance of temporary to permanent, the temporary work is the qualifying placement.
7. Vouchers will be issued based on actual salary offered upon placement, this includes pro-rata’d amounts for contracts and part time employment.
8. We can only accept referrals for people who are already working in the UK, or those who are eligible to work in the UK.
9. To qualify for a reward, your referred friend must be placed within 12 months of their registration.
10. Please ensure that you obtain permission before providing your friend’s contact details or request that they quote your name when sending in their CV.
11. Value of vouchers offered will vary depending on the position. Please speak to us for more information if required.
12. In the event of any dispute, Jobseekers Recruitment’s decision will be final.
