The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a clinical background or experience in a healthcare environment, who is looking for a new challenge. This team has a has a variety of medical and clinical experience which allows them to provide exceptional support to patients who are undergoing complex treatments.

They liaise with Healthcare Professionals in a wide range of medical specialties to analyse complex medical claims and provide advice and support to customers.

As a Clinical Support Adviser you will also review cases to ensure the patients can access the best treatment available to them within their healthcare schemes.

Key Duties:

• a good all round basic understanding of key medical terminology
• Able to act as front-line support to their customers.
• have solid medical knowledge through completing relevant academic studies
• Understand the full range of products they offer ensuring their customers get the most from their healthcare
• provide exceptional customer service to their customers
• assisting customers with their complex claims

Key Skills:

• Outstanding listening skills, great empathy and an ability to help customers with complex information
• Excellent communication skills
• Super customer service delivery
• Relevant medical qualification and/or experience in the Healthcare industry
• IT literate
• Able to prioritise your own work load to meeting various deadlines
• Attention to detail is hugely important
