Based in their Yeovil office with the option to work some hybrid days from home but being office based is essential.
This post is designed to provide a comprehensive and professional executive assistant service to the Executive Directors, where you will be:
Responsible for organising and maintaining directors diaries including maintaining and co-ordinating appointments, organising meetings, and using independent judgement to make necessary revisions, liaising with all relevant parties in an efficient and effective way.
Manage travel and accommodation arrangements for directors, including the scheduling of formal and complex meetings, assessing and making accurate judgements of the time commitments involved and exercise time management/planning skills.
Organise meetings and events for the directors as required, taking charge of all catering arrangements and invitations, booking rooms, obtaining reports, checking they are in the correct format, collating, photocopying, and distributing papers.
This work will include preparing and collating materials for meetings, including Microsoft Office packages. On occasions the post holder will be expected to liaise with external agencies in respect of venues and costings.
