Paralegal – Debt Recovery

Our client are offering a great new opportunity working for a national law firm, in their Debt Recovery team in the role of Paralegal. Are you looking for new challenge and seeking a full time permanent role in Taunton?

The Debt Recovery team provides a national service for Government Departments, Local Authorities, insurance companies, managing agents, businesses and individuals. The team specialises in all aspects of debt recovery from debts paid before court proceedings are begun through to court judgments, insolvency and enforcement proceedings.

• You will be dealing with one of their major insurance clients, primarily on the telephone, issuing court proceedings, taking enforcement action and maintaining repayment plans using their specific case management system. You will also deal with other clients of the team when needed.
• You will be responsible for maintaining a caseload, prioritising tasks, developing and maintaining client relationships and undertaking general administrative tasks.
• This is a fast-paced role and you will need to juggle many priorities. You will need to be flexible to be an effective team player but you will also get support and training from your colleagues and manager in a relaxed but professional and hard-working team.

This role has a salary range of 21K – 24K depending on experience if you would like to find out more we would love to hear from you.
