The Role
As a Finance Officer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and reconciling all financial transactions. Your responsibilities will include following procedures, handling daily banking processes, processing supplier invoices, producing paylists, and bank reconciliation. Your expertise will be essential in supporting day-to-day tasks and projects across the wider business.

Duties

• Overseeing and reconciling financial transactions
• Dealing with financial transactions such as claims payments to healthcare providers
• Dealing with fee/commission payments to intermediaries and suppliers
• Assist wider business with day-to-day tasks
• Assisting the department in meeting business objectives
• Following all relevant procedures and policies
• Completing tasks such as daily banking processes, supplier invoices, producing paylists and bank reconciliation
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls where appropriate.
