Pricing and Sales Support Assistant

The ideal candidate will probably already have experience in Customer Service, Sales, Quotes, Pricing, may also have a bit of knowledge of how purchasing or supply chains work. Other than that proven admin skills and a calm under pressure approach.

Responsibilities of this role involve:

• Providing support to the pricing and quotes manager in dealing with queries.
• Working with the pricing manager to maintain relationships with house accountants which includes problem solving, managing large orders and ensuring they are shipped as efficiently as possible
• Providing cover for the Quotes Team when requested by the Pricing Manager
• Setting up pricing deals, carriage deals and overseeing layering accounts
• Ad Hoc reporting when requested
• Monitoring computer stock to provide current market intelligence
• Maintaining and building relationships with BDT and Internal Sales and managing customer rebate schemes to include collating information
