Occupational Health Administrator / Tester

Occupational Health Administrator / Tester – Temporary to start ASAP based in Highbridge.

Do you have previous occupational health experience? Are you a confident communicator who can think on their feet? Well, look no further – this role may be for you. This ongoing part time role has flexible hours of 24 a week ranging from 6am to 10pm shifts, over Monday-Friday, and would be a great opportunity to pursue an interest in occupational health. This role has the potential to be a temp – perm placement.

Salary: GBP12.74ph

Responsibilities of this role will include:

• Providing health surveillance support, including: hearing tests, spirometry, skin surveillance, driver and engineering medicals.
• Ensuring the Health Surveillance programme is up to date and the information is audit ready.
• Liaising with internal and external contacts, including outside agencies – managing schedules for all contacts internal and external contacts.
• Recording and providing regular updates on health surveillance compliance.
• Fulfilling administration tasks, including bookings, raising POs, filing etc, to support the efficient running of the Occupational Health Service.
• Responsible for keeping records up to date with regards to health surveillance and arranging for the outsourced OH technician to visit should additional surveillance be required for the site.
