HR Advisor

A new position of a HR Advisor has recently opened within a company that aims to provide a sustainable, high-quality service. You would be providing a range of generalist HR advice, as well as supporting managers in employee relations issues, recruitment or processes they may need assistance with.

HR Advisor, Yeovil
Salary: from GBP14.53ph
Type: Temporary (3-6 months), Part-Time – 3 days per week to start in January

Responsibilities of this role include:

• Providing HR generalist advice on a range of subjects for employees.
• Supporting with TUPE activities, including arranging and co-ordinating consulting meetings.
• Helping to maintain records of staff and liaising with internal and external providers.
• Being the HR Representative at formal meetings, such as disciplinary hearings.
• Case management of long-term sickness issues.
• Ensuring required paperwork and documentation is complete for various HR processes.
• Being a point of escalation for the Payroll Officer, to support any payroll processing enquiries.
• Successfully communicating any sensitive issues, and communicating effectively with the team.
