The Role:

As a Clinical Case Support Advisor, you will play a pivotal role within our client’s Clinical Centre of Excellence (CCE). The CCE is a dedicated team with diverse medical and clinical expertise that provides unparalleled support to patients undergoing complex treatments.

You will collaborate with Healthcare Professionals across various medical specialties through phone and email communications, analysing intricate medical claims, and offering advice and guidance to their valued customers. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to review cases for their Chief Medical Officer and Medical Advisers to ensure optimal treatment options for patients within their healthcare schemes.

Duties:

• A good all-round basic understanding of key medical terminology.
• Able to act as front-line support to their customers.
• Have solid medical knowledge through completing relevant academic studies.
• Understand the full range of products they offer ensuring their customers get the most from their healthcare.
• provide exceptional customer service to their customers.
• assisting customers with their complex claims.

Skills:

• Outstanding listening skills, great empathy and an ability to help customers with complex information.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Super customer service delivery.
• Relevant medical qualification and/or experience in the Healthcare industry.
• IT literate.
• Able to prioritise your own workload to meeting various deadlines.
• Attention to detail is hugely important.
