The role:
To manage the relationship and negotiations between individual providers of healthcare (consultants and therapists) our client is currently seeking an experienced Negotiation and Relationship Manager. This Negotiator role has responsibility for managing the strategic and more complex interactions with healthcare professionals.
The successful candidate will be able to engender trust and loyalty, introduce new processes for providers, negotiating terms, delivering presentations, a willingness to research market changes including new treatments or treatment pathways shall also be required and you shall play an important role in driving forward their company initiatives. You will have a keen eye for detail and always represent our clients core values in a professional manner.
By nature, you will possess first class communication skills (written and verbal), sound commercial acumen and the ability to work autonomously within a team oriented, service driven environment. In addition, as the role will require some UK wide travel a full driving licence will be required.
On top of a very competitive salary, you will also be eligible for a non-contractual bonus
Hours – 37 hours p.w. (office based)
