Would you like to join a friendly, supportive accountancy firm which supports small to medium sized businesses with their accounting?
They would like to recruit a Trainee Accounts Assistant with a good academic record and strong work ethic.
You will be trained in general bookkeeping, preparing accounts to trial balance and preparing VAT Returns for a broad range of small to medium sized businesses. The majority of your work will be carried out using Microsoft Excel, Sage, Xero and QuickBooks.
About you:
To be considered for this position, you must:
Have a minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English at grades 6-9
Be prepared to work / study full-time
Be able to commute to Seaton for work
Demonstrate a desire to build a career in accountancy

Whats on offer:
Salary from GBP14,500 – GBP19,000 + benefits
100% site based
The firm will support you through your AAT studies, by providing funding and study leave. Studies are carried out remotely on a day release basis at one day per week.
