Our client is a global software house operating out of the UK, Denmark, Spain, Poland, the US and Singapore, specializing in products for the media industry.
Role Description: Client Executive
Have you ever seen how many people have viewed a TV programme and wondered how do they know that? Do you have an interest in media and technology?
Our client is looking for someone to come in and assist their team in supporting their client base of media professionals accessing data analysis and planning software. The role sits within their client support team whose primary focus is providing training, support and troubleshooting to clients via phone and email.
This is a client facing role that would suit someone who is outgoing, friendly, with a professional telephone manner, good problem-solving skills, and comfortable working with large data sets.
There is an opportunity for the successful candidate to develop this role within the fast-growing and vibrant company. Full training on use of their internal support tools will be provided.
Key Duties:
Full time hours (100% site based)
Salary – GBP24000-GBP27000 + great benefits

Educated to degree level, (A-Level standard will be considered with 2+ years prior experience of working in a research role), with a minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent qualifications) A* – C grade.
