Our client is a multi award winning organisation, whose main focus is on delivering world class customer service to its customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to join their customer retention team, developing the role with the customer at the heart of the operation.
About the role
The retention team, focus on retail customers, plays a key role in supporting the business in achieving market leading retention rates.
The key functions of the role are:
Acting as a primary point of contact for retention queries for customers, intermediaries
Conducting fact-finds to establish customer demands and needs to secure renewals or to retain cancelled customers.
Undertake win-back strategies to reinstate cancelled customers, those opting out of auto-renewal or those considering cancellation to secure renewal or to offer alternative options.
Establish, develop and maintain relationships with intermediaries to support them with renewal/retention-based queries
About you
If you are passionate about providing first contact resolution, are confident building rapport over the telephone and via email, have fantastic listening skills and are interested in entering a career in with progression opportunities then this role is for you. You must be able to establish and maintain relationships, enjoy working in a team environment and have a keen eye for detail. In return, you will have the chance to represent the company and be an advocate for the amazing work that they do.
