The Role
The aim of the Onboarding & Admin team is to provide enhanced customer service throughout the customer’s claiming journey, working closely with other areas of the business including Customer Relations and Underwriters.

Experience and Skill Requirements
This role is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering the highest levels of customer service. You will need to have previous experience of this, have personal resilience due to the fast paced and sometimes complex nature of the queries you will deal with, including discussing personal or sensitive health issues. You will also have confidence, fantastic communication skills and are comfortable working independently but will also flourish as part of a team.
All candidates will need to be able to produce certificates to cover their qualifications held
Starting salary GBP27000 + great benefits
37 hours per week (working on a rota – business opening hours are : 8.00 a.m. 7.00 p.m. Monday to Friday and 9.00 a.m. – 12.00 p.m. on a Saturday morning
