Our client is an established and highly regarded Regional Firm of Surveyors with offices across the South West and are looking for a part time Secretary/administrator to work in their Taunton office.
The role
To purpose of the role is to provide support to the Fee Earners/Surveyors to enable them to work efficiently. To provide clerical and administrative support to the Taunton office enabling information to be produced as and when required and all correspondence and communication internally and externally to be managed in a professional manner. To provide similar duties to support the other offices when required.
Relationship Management – Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities as and when determined by the Directors to meet the priorities of the business.
General
Hours: 9.00 – 1.00 Monday to Friday (please note this position is 100% office based)
Salary GBP24000-GBP26000 pro rated, DOE + benefits including a potential annual bonus, 25 days holiday + Bank holidays, pension.
About you
The ideal candidate will have previous secretarial/administration exeperience, strong organisational skills and a good level of computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word processing circa 60 wpm / spreadsheets / e-mail);
