**The Role:**

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Provide exceptional application support to clients via phone and email.
– Diagnose software issues and collaborate with our talented developers to implement effective solutions.
– Identify and rectify data discrepancies, ensuring accurate reporting.
– Assist clients with training and troubleshooting to ensure they get the most out of our tools.
– Collaborate on groundbreaking research projects centered around Television Audience Measurement (TAM) data, including the UK BARB data.

**What We’re Looking For:**
**Essential Skills:**
– A high level of tech proficiency and strong mathematical skills.
– Advanced Excel skills, coupled with familiarity with Word and Outlook.
– Experience working with large data sets and translating them into insights.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.
– Detail-oriented problem-solving abilities.

**Desirable:**
– Experience working specifically with Television Audience Measurement (TAM) data.
– Familiarity with software tools like AdvantEdge or Instar.

**Education:**
Youll need a degree-level education or A-Level equivalent with a minimum of five years in a relevant role. A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalents) at grades A*-C is essential.
