Senior Compliance (Insurance)

Are you an experienced Compliance candidate?

As an assurance Compliance expert you will be helping to build our clients new assurance team, among an open business culture of reflection and improvement. Youll report to the Head of Compliance and focus on planning and delivering regulatory compliance monitoring within their clients plans.

There will be opportunities to perform wider assurance activities to support their Chief Risk Officer and Head of Internal Audit to maintain and enhance their clients risk management systems and ISO compliance activities.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a curious and analytical mindset, attention to detail, and can engage successfully with different personalities.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with FCA financial services regulations and have experience or skills that include:
· Ability to balance multiple pieces of ongoing review work at different stages of progress.
· Desire to deepen and expand your knowledge of our clients regulatory obligations.
· Great at managing relationships and engaging successfully with senior stakeholders across the business.
· Preparing focussed and clear written communication.
· Working flexibly reporting to multiple stakeholders as required, and
· Perhaps most importantly, an appetite to learn new things and help build a new team.

Salary GBP38000-GBP45000 plus great benefits
