Service Receptionist

We are currently recruiting for a Service Receptionist for our clients well established motor business in Tiverton.

This is a lovely opportunity for someone with strong customer facing experience or receptionist experience, to join a busy and thriving business within the motor trade.

Role:
Duties will consist of welcoming customers and managing front of house and also handling the main telephone switchboard, assisting administrative duties and managing waiting customers.

Role Requirements:

• Experience in receptionist or retail roles – Superb customer service and interpersonal ability.
• Strong telephony and IT ability.
• Professional and smart in their appearance.
• Motor trade experience would be beneficial.
• This is a full time permanent position, Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm.
